A Passion for Pizza
Pizza is so much more than just dough and sauce. Using Italian 00 imported flour, the water, the duration of fermentation, the handling of the dough and yes the love and energy you put into it all matters! All of it combined makes for a signature recipe that Marcelo calls "Contemporary Neapolitan Style" with a crust that is light, airy and in the Italian pizza oven chars to perfection. The outside crunch and inside texture along with San Marzano tomatoes make Neapolitan pizza so delicious!

Rossanos was always the vision and dream of Marcelo Rossano, and in the midst of the Covid pandemic he began the business with his wife, Sharon. Their combined career experience of restaurant management, business development and marketing was the perfect combination to bring this dream to life. They began doing curbside deliveries from their vintage pizza camper and the communities of Delray Beach, Boca Raton and Boynton Beach were transported to Napoli through the very humble beginnings of Rossanos in the middle of a global pandemic. Stop by and say hi to Marcelo, he has Italian heritage, was raised in Uruguay, and has called Delray Beach home for 15 years. He's got stories to share, loves meeting people and lots of passion for Neapolitan pizza!
